Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law

The Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law was founded in September 2000.

The department offers several scientific specialties in law:

- theory and history of state and law;

-constitutional law of Ukraine and foreign countries;

- administrative law and trail;

- theory of management;

- international law and international private law.

There are 9 lecturers at the department: 1 Doctor of Historical Science, Professor, 5 Candidates of Law Sciences, 2senior lecturers, 1 assistant. 9 people work at the department including scientists and service personnel.

Teaching Staff and students participate in the work of international, all-Ukrainian scientific conferences, round tables.

Under the guidance of teachers of the faculty at the Law School  with a view to gaining practical skills and habits of law students since 2004 began to work the @Legal Clinic". At the department each year we hold student competitions. The results of І round of the Olympiad are sent to participate in the II round of Ukrainian Student Olympiad. A good tradition has become an annual competition of students at the Department of scholarly works on the Day of protection of human rights.
